About Bernard Marlow
Dr. Bernard Marlow recently retired from his position as Director of Continuing Professional Development for The College of Family Physicians of Canada.
During his 40 year career as a family physician, Dr. Marlow has worked in several practice environments: walk-in, solo physician and large group practice. He now works part-time in Uxbridge, Ontario.
He is the past Director of CME for the Department of Family and Community Medicine at the University of Toronto. He has served on the Board of the Foundation for Medical Practice Education, the Alliance for CME (ACME) and is a founder and Past President of the Canadian Association for CHE (CACHE). In 2008, he was awarded Fellowship in the Alliance for Continuing Medical Education.
He has conducted research and published in several areas of continuing medical education. Over the years, he has facilitated many workshops and presented lectures on both clinical and educational topics.
